Councilwoman Katrina Foley fully agrees with the Costa Mesa commission’s decision to deny permits for two operators of sober-living and treatment facilities

You may recall this recent press release by Councilwoman Katrina Foley where she is quoted stating, “We are done cowering to abusive rehab operators who snub our rules and permit procedures. We will continue to promote the strictest regulatory schemes allowable, and advocate for state and federal reforms to give us local control of this issue.
