Over the past four decades Pat Bates’ record has gone relatively unnoticed. When voters learn about her social extremism and personal misuse of tax dollars, she becomes underwater with women and no party preference voters. By contrast, when voters learn of Supervisor Katrina Foley’s record of addressing the homelessness crisis and fiscal care over our taxpayer funds, her lead continues to grow.
